Wow I love this color!! I thought it’d be more orangey-red than it actually is but its still amazing! Such a beautiful neon orange color. This is “fast lane” by Floss Gloss. The nail stickers are from Sinful Colors that I picked up at my local Walgreens. I love how they look like a henna tattoo. They have a slight orange fleck throughout the design that compliments this polish well. I don’t that’s really picking up in the picture though :/ The studs are from Amazon.

Today’s manicure was inspired by Nail It! magazines emerald theme. I knew what colors I wanted to use before I knew what exactly I wanted to do. I was brainstorming, while looking at the Milani polish that I used as my base, and decided I wanted to try and do a peacock feather.
For this feather I used caviar pearls and a black nail striper. I put down a layer of clear polish and while it was still wet I used a wax pencil to place the pearls. After they were in place I put a layer of clear polish over top to make them stay put. I went back in with my nail striper and made the feathery parts around the pearls and put a layer of Seche Vite over the top to seal it in.
For the gradient I used three different polishes and a makeup sponge.
I used Milani- Emerald Enchantment, China Glaze- Running in circles, and Sally Hansen- Golden-I. I put down two coats of Emerald Enchantment and then I used the sponge to layer Running in Circles and Golden-I over top. I used an old candle lid from a bath and body works to pour the polish onto and then I used the sponge to pick up the polish and dab over my nail. I just pick up a little at a time on the sponge and layer the colors until I’m satisfied with how it looks. Then I topped it off with a layer of fast drying top coat- Seche Vite.
Overall this mani was very simple. The pearls were a bit tedious though. If you’re wanting to try this look yourself you can purchase the pearls like I showed above and a wax pencil from Amazon for super cheap.
Let me know what you think of this look in the comments below. I’d love to hear from you!
I picked these up a couple weeks ago to use for the July 4th weekend. I feel like they were sitting there staring at me like PUT ME ON YOUR NAILS! Lol. This is what they look like in the package.
Anyway I put them on the day before hoping that they wouldn’t have time to get messed up. I was so surprised by these! They were so simple to apply and have lasted so nicely! My intention was to put up a post about these the day I applied them but I decided to wait a few days to see how long they would last. I took this picture today-
They still look so good! The package says that these are 100% nail polish and to work quickly because they will soon dry out after opening the package. I cleaned and filed my nails to start. There is a thin layer of plastic over the top and a layer of paper on the bottom. You simply peel the top off first and then the backing and line up with your nail, press down to smooth and gently tug to stretch, then pull over your free edge and file. It doesn’t say to but I finished with a fast drying top coat just to seal everything in. So easy! Ive used a few other brands in the past- JamBerry and Sinful Colors to name a few and they were no where near as simple as these to apply. I’ll definitely be on the look out for more nail appliques by Incoco. I absolutely recommend picking some up if you see them. I found these at my local Walgreens and they were around 5 dollars I believe. So worth it.
Have you tried these before? Did you have a good experience also? Leave me a comment below. I’d love to hear from you!!!
